About me
SKILLED AND EXPERIENCED
A professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia since 2008, my qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Education (Career Development), a Diploma in Business (Human Resources), a Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment, a Certificate IV in Marketing, and a Certificate IV in Career Development.
My professional development history includes engagement with CDAA, CICA, NACGAS and external careers stakeholders including universities, training providers and distinguished career education leaders.
My 20+ years as a careers practitioner have included working with diverse clientele including corporate professionals, migrants, university students and staff, trades professionals, Indigenous clients, clients with complex needs receiving support from rehabilitation/disability support agencies and of course high school students.
For two years I hosted my own career advice radio show (Fresh FM), I have written articles for newspapers nationally, been an interview guest for ABC radio, and I have created career education content for SA Government, CDAA and CICA.
I have been a guest speaker at national and international conferences. The careers events I deliver attract education and industry stakeholders - local, national, and international.
